ok so registration is officially done. I didn't get the class I needed. I wanted to share my experience to those considering WASEDA. Study abroad as early as you can. Because getting specific classes like myself can be a pain. Before I came to Japan, I was looking at approved classes that would be classified as certain credits. I only needed International Business classes. So according to the International Echange - Course Agreement between Waseda and Hawaii, there was 15 classes that I could take. BUT after arriving, I learned that 8 of the 15 were NOT offered, and 5 were summer classes. But as a SP3 (international Student) there is a different rate for Summer and NOT allowed to take. That means I ONLY had 3 classes that are confirmed to be classes that I need. Two of those 3 had a schedule conflict. So I only had 2 choices basically. Class A with C, or Class B with C. In the end, I didnt get class C. SO now I have to petition for another class to come back and be classified as a internation elective.
